Calgym: exclusive supplier to Jetts Fitness 24/7

Fast growing fitness franchisor Jetts Fitness has announced an exclusive equipment agreement with leading fitness equipment suppliers Calgym.

As Jetts Fitness Managing Director Brendon Levenson explains,"we are pleased to be working with the Calgym team exclusively for our national club rollout. The agreement provides franchisees with a total logistics and equipment package from site design and matrix planning, through to onsite training and backup support. The standard equipment line provided at each club is best in class with integrated LCD TV screens with iPod compatibility on the cardio training equipment, together with Calgymâs popular top end Synergy strength line, capable of satisfying a wide consumer base.

Calgym's recent acquisition of the Stex and Kaesun cardio equipment distribution rights, beefed up the gym manufacturer's offer of a complete club solution to the Jetts chain, which was a major factor in the formation of the exclusive agreement.

As Levenson adds, "our turnkey franchise system relies heavily on the support of our key suppliers. Having the equipment design and site planning equation complete going into a new club allows franchise owners to focus on the vital operations involved with successfully opening a new club. Calgym's close involvement with the chain is such that a new resistance line has been developed with the 24/7 chain in mind.
