Burdekin Shire Council invites tenders for the management of the Home Hill Caravan Park and Swimming Pool from 1 May 2023 for initially a two-year period.

Tenders closing at 10.00am on Friday 9 December 2022 are invited for:

Tender documents are available via Councils online Tender platform, VendorPanel.  To view the Tender documents and make a submission, all respondents must be registered in the VendorPanel Marketplace and have the following categories selected (in the VendorPanel Region: Queensland – Northern).

An optional tenderer’s meeting/site inspection will be held at 9.30 am on 29 November 2022 at the Home Hill Swimming Pool, 63-65 Eleventh Avenue, Home Hill. Notification of attendance is required by 12.00 pm Friday, 25 November 2022.

Communications regarding the Procurement Process must be submitted via VendorPanel Tenders Portal no later than five calendar days prior to the closing date.
