Bunbury trampoline centre bounces to customer service award

The Gravity ETC trampoline centre in the Bunbury suburb of Dalyellup has enjoyed remarkable success since opening in 2015 and recently secured a major customer service award for living up to its motto of ‘creating possibilities for youth and community’.

The crew from Gravity ETC received the Ricoh Australia Customer Service Award at the recent Western Australia Regional and Community Achievement Awards, presented at Perth’s Hyatt Regency at the end of last month.

Created by owner operator Juliette Davies and her partner, the trampoline park provides safe activities for young people in a drug and alcohol free environment.

In an area of 2,000 metre², Gravity ETC offers seven activity zones, a parents retreat, café, and free soft play area for children under three. The centre offers have birthday packages and provides discounted sessions for guests with special needs or disabilities and carers jump free.

Commenting on the win, Davies stated “we aren’t just a trampoline park, we are so much more than that.

“We provide an opportunity for the youth of our region.”
