Bright future for NZ events

On the eve of biggest ever year for the events industry of New Zealand, The 2010 Eventing the Future Conference is the convention for New Zealand and regional event professionals.

With the Rugby World Cup, the IPC Athletic World Championships, Rowing World Championships and the second 100% Pure New Zealand Winter Games set to take over the country, the industry has never looked so exciting. Keynote speakers including Kit OâConnell, 2011 Rugby World Cup Director; Arthur Klap, Winter Games NZ Chief Executive; and Kim Skildum-Reid Director of Power Sponsorship, Australia are just a few of the coveted speakers who will talk about their experiences, progress for their 2011 events and lessons learnt in relation to the key streams of marketing and sponsorship, logistics and planning and management.

ETF 2010 will take place at the Rydges Hotel in Christchurch on the 9th and 10th August 2010. With a jam packed programme including workshops, forums and breakouts, there is sure to be something for everyone. No matter what sector of the industry you come from, it would be a huge mistake to miss it.
