BOUNCE announces plans to open seven sites across four States in the next 14 months

Melbourne-based trampoline arena operator BounceInc is opening seven sites across four States in the next 14 months.

Launched in 2012, the attraction features over 100 interconnected trampolines, over 500 metres2 of foam pits and padding to land on includes a Free-Jumping Arena, Performance Trampolines, a Free-style Wall and trampoline 'Dodge-ball'.

BounceInc founder Ant Morell explains that the indoor trampoline business is booming, with dozens of parks open or in the works across America. He believes there will also soon be trampoline parks cropping up all over Australia.

Morell explains "in the past 12 months at BounceInc we've seen that it's not just a past time for kids. BounceInc is being used regularly by adults looking to breakup their fitness routines. 10 minutes jumping at BounceInc is the equivalent to running for 30 minutes.

"We've also had professional athletes who ski, snowboard, skate, dive, do gymnastics and even footballers with Melbourne Storm and Melbourne Rebels coming down to use our trampolines as an enhancement to their training."

Morell highlights that trampoline parks appeal to people of all ages eager for a relatively inexpensive activity and exercise and that the attraction is also a new fitness trend because of its high intensity but at the same time low impact on the body.

Morell explains that 10 minutes jumping at BounceInc is equivalent to running for 30 minutes adding that jumping at BounceInc is not only fun way to socialise with friends while exercising, but that it has been proven that regular use of a trampoline can help improve posture and general muscle health.

Trampoling helps jumpers to relax and promote better sleeping patterns and improve moods and bouncing stimulate brain cells and releases endorphins.
