Blue Fitness' new website focuses on customer needs

With a focus on meeting their customer's needs, Blue Fitness, exclusive distributors of Star Trac and Hoist Fitness in Australia and New Zealand, have redesigned and relaunched their website.

The new website, with its fresh and content driven approach, has been designed to give the customers what they are looking for and to also be a 'go to' resource for club owners and managers seeking business advice, wanting to remedy service issues and to find the equipment they are looking for.

Introducing the new website, Blue Fitness Marketing Manager Simon Hall explains "with experience in club management and the supplier side of the fitness industry I recognise that selling fitness equipment is more than just treadmills and bikes it's about creating a relationship with your customers and focusing on their performance and success.

"We have looked at each area of the website and made it easy to navigate, introduced an Installation Gallery to show the equipment in actual club locations rather than just brochure images and more importantly provided three ways to address service support."

The website has a specially designed service support area with 'how to' videos, a 'Frequently Asked Questions' page to provide immediate support for maintenance questions and also a service portal that links directly to the Blue Fitness case management software for day to day tracking of all service requests.

As Hall adds "we know that this is a priority when purchasing equipment."

The website also has a panel of well know fitness industry experts including Justin Tamsett, Nic Monteforte, Bryan O'Rourke and Mel Tempest, lending their years of experience to provide advice, guidance and conversation on what's happening in the fitness industry.

The panel will also have a regular 'Q+A' session owners and managers wanting advice on running all aspects of their fitness business.
