Bankwest Stadium to host revived Ticketing Professionals Australia Conference

Mission Tickets has announced that it is to revive the Ticketing Professionals Australia Conference, last held in 2014, curating and organising a technical and data driven conference and trade show for the sector annually.

To be held at the new Bankwest Stadium in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta on 14th and 15th November, the Conference aims to build on the traditions established by the late Tim Roberts and NARPACA.

Aimed at mid-level and senior box office, ticketing and marketing professionals from across Australia, New Zealand and Asia and will be the only dedicated conference for the Australian and the Asia-Pacific market, primarily focused on ticketing and developing industry skills.

A statement from the organisers advises “(since the death of Tim Roberts) the Australian and Asia-Pacific region have not had access to a conference that provides education on key trends, innovation and new technology from both local and International suppliers and organisations.

“Internationally, there are several conferences that allow mid-level career professionals opportunities to learn from their peers and access information from ancillary organisations and suppliers within the industry.

“This conference will develop skills and provide greater knowledge in the global market as well as connecting the industry in our region.”

The Conference Program and Exhibition will provide delegates access to products from the new and innovative to exceptional. International and national speakers will inspire you to achieve through sessions on:

• Meeting and exceeding audience expectations
• Revenue Management
• Data management: CRM and business intelligence 
• Innovation - What’s new in the world
• Learning from each other - case studies and more.

The Ticketing Professionals Australia Conference was revived by Angela Gahan and Jo Michel to provide and follow their Mission Tickets business having partnered in June 2018 with the Australia Council to curate ticketing focussed sessions for the Marketing, Communications & Ticketing Summit.

The Conference will also showcase up to 20 innovative and exciting suppliers as part of an Exhibition. Exhibitors can choose to have a booth or a cocktail stand display, both of which are located in the main breakout and catering space.

An exciting line-up of speakers will be announced shortly.

Delegates can pay just $399 to attend if they register before 30th June 2019.
