Australian Innovative Systems names new Operations Manager

Australian Innovative Systems has appointed a new Operations Manager to accommodate its rapid business growth and help take its multi award-winning water disinfection technology to higher levels of global success and innovation.

Advising that Chris Chrysostomou, an accomplished manager with more than 25 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing and commercial environments, joined the Brisbane-based company earlier this month, Australian Innovative Systems (AIS Water) Chief Executive Elena Gosse stated “we are tremendously excited about Chris accepting this new position at AIS and very much look forward to his contribution to the company.

“Chris is highly credentialed with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration, a Diploma of Project Management and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma among his many qualifications. He has extensive project, process and reliability engineering experience.

“AIS is a family-owned business that over the past 26 years has showcased our Australian-designed and manufactured technology to the world and we are on an ambitious path to grow our business to new levels of success. The appointment of Chris as Operations Manager is a major step in this direction.”

Chrysostomou (pictured) said he was delighted to be joining AIS and was looking forward to working with Elena Gosse and the hard working AIS Water staff, advising “I am so impressed by AIS’ innovative culture and products and their game-changing inline chlorine generation via electrolysis.

“One of my goals as Operations Manager will be to build team capacity and capability to help provide even greater access to AIS’ simpler, safer and smarter technology worldwide.”

AIS is one of Australia’s most trusted water disinfection companies, exporting its technology to more than 55 countries. It is trusted to keep pool water safe, clear and clean in FINA standard swimming and diving facilities, municipal pools and leisure facilities, school, universities, resorts, hotels, water parks and family swimming pools all over the world.
