Aussie World opens new Ballroom Blitz attraction
Sunshine Coast amusement park Aussie World has launched its latest ride – the 48-seat Ballroom Blitz.
The German-made spinning attraction twists riders 15 metres in the air with the ride’s added surprise being that the riders seats also spin.
The attraction, beside the Ettamogah Pub on the Bruce Highway at Glenview, continues to expand – with a children’s rollercoaster also planned to open before the summer season.
Introducing the new ride, Aussie World General Manager David Thompson told The Sunshine Coast Daily "it's a family fun attraction, basically, and it's another attraction to the collection of rides we have out here.”
