Aussie Ark selected as recipient of prestigious Qantas Regional Grants' program

Conservation organisation Aussie Ark has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious Qantas Regional Grants' program with the monumental grant anticipated to revolutionise Aussie Ark's mission to protect Australia's endangered wildlife and pave the way for an exciting new chapter in sustainable tourism.

The driving force behind Aussie Ark's ecotourism initiatives is to generate vital funding for their crucial conservation efforts. With the help of a Qantas Regional Grant, Aussie Ark will expand its capacity and enhance the existing ecotourism offerings. The funds will be dedicated to further developing the accommodations at Quoll Cottage and Devils Retreat, while simultaneously introducing new and immersive tour packages for visitors.

By supporting Aussie Ark's ecotourism ventures, every visitor will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Australia's unique biodiversity. Tour packages and accommodation options will not only immerse guests in the breathtaking beauty of the Barrington Tops region in NSW but also serve as a beacon of hope for endangered species. The dollars spent on these unforgettable experiences directly contribute to the conservation of some of Australia's most endangered animals.

Aussie Ark has earned global acclaim as experts in breeding and rewilding Australia's endangered wildlife, and they are especially renowned for their efforts in safeguarding the iconic Tasmanian devils. As the proud custodians of the world's largest insurance population of this endangered species, Aussie Ark's dedication to conservation is unparalleled.

Tim Faulkner, the Managing Director of Aussie Ark, expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for the Qantas Regional Grant, noting "these funds will help Aussie Ark build a sustainable future, and we are so proud to have been awarded the grant from Qantas."

The grant's recognition of Aussie Ark's vital work will undoubtedly propel them further towards their vision of a thriving and ecologically balanced future.

Aussie Ark invites everyone to join them in this remarkable journey towards conservation and eco-tourism by visiting their website, aussieark.org.au.
