Auscore offers hardcore angle on outdoor gyms
An innovative range of outdoor gym equipment is offering a new angle on outdoor fitness. Auscore Fitness focuses less on the gentle exercise approach of competing products and more on using the equipment for core body weight training.
Auscore Fitness equipment offers over 50 custom exercises for a comprehensive body workout and is compatible with personal fitness accessories such as boxing bags, TRXs and resistance bands.
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and with each station capable of accommodating up to nine people using the equipment simultaneously, Auscore Fitness equipment is designed and engineered in Australia with materials able to withstand Australian weather conditions.
Interest in the Auscore Fitness product is such that a group of personal trainers in Western Sydney are lobbying Blacktown City Council to install a system at a location in Quakers Hill.
Auscore Fitness founder Christian Nasr explains "our aim at Auscore Fitness is creating environments that promote healthy lifestyles.
"We want to provide adults with more opportunity to get fit and active - our children shouldnt be the only ones that are running around having fun at the parks.
"I want to provide fitness equipment next to all playground equipment in parks so while parents are supervising their children they can also be getting fit, active and healthy instead of just sitting at the park bench.
"I believe if we do this, it will ultimate change Australia because if our children begin to see mum and dad ... exercising and having fun alongside them at the park, when these children grow up they are going to follow in their footsteps."
