Asian Attractions Expo to be staged in Beijing in June
More than 5,000 people from 60 nations are expected to gather at the China National Convention Centre in Beijing from 17th to 20th June for the 2014 Asian Attractions Expo.
The 2014 event will mark the first time that the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) has staged the event in mainland China presenting four days of sales, education, and networking at the Asia-Pacific region's largest international trade show for attractions industry professionals.
With the attractions industry in the Asia-Pacific region booming with new resorts, waterparks, theme parks and other attractions opening, so the Asian Attractions Expo has grown with the 2014 event set to feature host the most exhibit space in the event's history.
New developments in theme park rides, water park attractions, coin-operated and skill games, technology, and more will be on display on the record-setting 8,000 metre2 trade show floor. More than 275 companies will showcase the attractions industry's latest innovations for executives, supervisors, and managers of world renowned theme parks, water parks, integrated resorts, museums, family entertainment centres, zoos, and aquariums looking for the next great guest experience to bring to their facilities.
Looking forward to the event, IAAPA President and Chief Executive Paul Noland explained "there is tremendous interest in Asian Attractions Expo 2014 and the trade show is on pace to set another record.
"Industry professionals within the Asia Pacific region understand that the learning, the business connections, the ideas, and the innovations that take root during Asian Attractions Expo will shape the future of the attractions industry in the region."
Asian Attractions Expo 2014 will offer attendees unique perspectives of some of Beijing's historic attractions during visits to the Forbidden City including Tiananmen Square and the Great Wall of China.
The event will also offer attendees a high level education program available in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Session topics include employee engagement and retention, improving the guest experience, marketing trends, what's new in Asia, and more. These seminars will give attendees the instruction they need to apply the attractions industry's best practices in their facilities.
Registration for the Asian Attractions Expo 2014 begins from 14th February 2014.
