Aquatics industry prepares for Splash! 2014

SPLASH! 2014, Australasia's largest swimming pool and spa trade show, starts next week at Jupiters Gold Coast. 

Being held on 16th and 17th July, the biennial event is expected to attract 2,000 attendees from Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. 

SPLASH! 2014 is also providing a forum for a range of industry events.

World Aquatic Health Conference
Being held outside the USA for the first time, the two-day World Aquatic Health Conference, organised by the US-based National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF), brings together service technicians, builders, retailers, government regulators, educators and manufacturers to address key issues affecting aquatic venues. 

ALFA Industry Forum 
The Australian Leisure Facilities Association (ALFA) will be holding an Industry Forum in conjunction with the first World Aquatic Health Conference on Friday 18th July, presenting the key outcomes of the recently concluded Business and Health Impacts of Local Government Aquatic and Recreation Industry research project. 

Facility Managers will then workshop the practical implications of the outcomes of this research and how they can be applied to their facilities.

ALFA Queensland AGM
The 2014 ALFA Queensland Annual General Meeting will also be held on Friday 18th July. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the World Aquatic Health Conference and the ALFA National Industry Forum at Jupiters Casino.

Education Program
