Adventure World Opens Kids Splash Zone
Perth based amusement park Adventure World has opened a new children's splash park, an interactive aqua playground featuring colourful spray loops, slides, climbing obstacles, mini bucket tips, a mushroom rain tree and a 600 litre giant tip bucket.
Introducing the new $250,000 attraction, the attraction's acting General Manager Ross Ogilvie stated "we're extremely excited about the launch of this unique aquatic attraction and we firmly believe that we (now) have Perthâs best mix of aquatic and dry rides for the family market."
The potential and growing number of installations of splash parks (splash pads) was a feature in the September/October 2010 issue of Australasian Leisure Management magazine.
