Adelaide Convention Centre reaches $1 billion mark
The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) has contributed more than $1 billion in economic benefit to South Australia since its opening in 1987.
The milestone was reached with the recent hosting of the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC), which brought together 1,100 delegates from 34 countries around the world to examine the latest challenges and trends in international education.
The ACC has generated more than $90 million in economic benefit to South Australia in the past financial year alone, including a record $30.2 million in income from event and other trading activities.
