$800 million marina project for Hervey Bay

A consortium of the Seymour Group and Watpac has won the development rights for a $800 million boat harbour and marina precinct in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

Developer Kevin Seymour says the development will include an extra 235 marina berths, a dry storage facility for 200 boats, 50% more trailer parking capacity, extra boat ramps, and a new tourist terminal.
