365Tickets partners with Global Ballooning Australia
Online ticketing platform, 365Tickets, has announced a new partnership with Melbourne-based Global Ballooning Australia.
Finalised in April, customers have already started booking places via the platform, eager to experience a once-in-a-lifetime flight aboard one of the company’s hot air balloons.
Global Ballooning Australia Business Manager, Kate Esposto explains “365Tickets have been extremely welcoming, easy to set up our product on their site and it’s been great to also meet their local employee, Sophie, here in Melbourne.
“It makes for a more personalised booking process if the customers can chat to a local prior to booking their experiences instead of someone across the other side of the world, which is hard to come across with such a large organisation like 365!”
Founded by expert balloonist Kiff Saunders, Global Ballooning Australia has been operating in Melbourne since 1992, growing into one of Australia’s most popular hot air balloon companies. Around 90,000 people have taken a trip with the company which currently welcomes about ten thousand customers a year.
Global Ballooning Australia recently launched a successful mobile app, to which they will be adding an Uber-like bus tracking service later in 2018, making for an even more seamless customer experience.
Saunders added “the whole team is committed to making Global Ballooning Australia one of the best ballooning experiences in the world and we love to show off Melbourne and the Yarra Valley from the air.
365Tickets provides a seamless online ticketing experience for venues, attractions and experiences all over the world. Clients encompass major theme parks such as Disneyland, Disney World and Universal Studios Hollywood, museums including the Louvre and Madame Tussauds and attractions such as the Moulin Rouge and the London Eye.
With offices in 14 countries, the company offers an easy way for families to arrange a multitude of activities either in advance or ‘on the fly’ as part of their vacations and family travel. State-of-the-art technology makes for a quick and secure online booking experience in the local language and currency.
