Mingara One has been visionary in diversifying its offering to include Mingara One Wellness services - physiotherapy, natural therapies and sports medicine practice; a beautician; a café; a hairdresser; and a health food store. PhyZeek Personal Training - 2009 Australian People's Choice Winner
PhyZeek pride themselves on providing a flexible, fun and most of all personalised service. PhyZeekers have raised over $18,000 for the Cancer Council through participation in The Relay For Life and have donated over $2000 to other charities through participation in events such as The City To Surf, The Canberra Times Fun Run and their own events PhyZeek At The Beach and PhyZeek with Altitude.

Succeed Personal Development - 2009 Australian Personal Training Business of the Year
Succeed have built an exceptional fitness brand over the last four years.
