Wave Swinger returns to Luna Park Sydney

For the first time since 1988, the iconic Wave Swinger is set to return to Luna Park Sydney.
The uniquely designed Wave Swinger is the âcrème de la crèmeâ of high swinging chair rides, soaring passengers sky high into the air at a rate of 30km/h. The ornate hand-painted canopy tilts from side to side as it spins, whirling riders around with wave-like motion as they capture a panoramic picture of Sydney Harbour.
Luna Parkâs historian Anne Doughty says, âthe Wave Swinger is a classic amusement ride loved by all generations ⦠it brings back nostalgic memories for many while creating new adventures for others.�?
The Wave Swinger will be at Luna Park Sydney until the end of September.
