Victoria University to host inaugural Women’s Health and Fitness Summit
The upcoming Women’s Health and Fitness Summit 2014 aims to bring together women’s health and fitness thought leaders.
Being held on Sunday 10th August at Victoria University's Footscray campus, the one-day event will include presentations from innovative and inspiring women who work in the health and fitness industry, including:
• Taryn Brumfit, founder of The Body Image Movement
• Lauretta Stace, Chief Executive of Fitness Australia
• Lisa Westlake, women’s physio and fitness instructor
• Marietta Mehanni, group fitness instructor and presenter
• Jen Dugard, founder of Body Beyond Baby
• Michelle Wright, founder and Chief Executive of mishfit.
This inaugural event aims to lead the way in women’s health and fitness, offering delegates a unique opportunity to network and exchange ideas with like-minded people.
The Summit is hosted by Mishfit, a personal training service that educates and provides safe exercise care to women who are pregnant or post-natal.
