Tickets.com partners with Lasttix
Tickets.com have partnered with 'last-minute' ticket distributors Lasttix.com.au.
The partnership allows all Tickets.com clients to advertise late ticket offers at discounted prices through their existing box office.
Lasttix provide a technology solution that seamlessly integrates with existing Tickets.com software, which in turn connects customers with facility's box offices.
Over the past few months, Tickets.com has been integrating its software with the Lasttix platform to allow its clients to start promoting last minute offers. Tickets.com clients already using this service to promote last minute ticket offers including Belvoir St Theatre, Glen St Theatre, Canberra Theatres, and VenueTix.
The three major benefits of the Tickets.com/Lasttix partnership are:
1. Control - Lasttix.com.au is the channel for promoting and selling last minute offers without compromising brands, messages or yield. Using the Lasttix Advertiser Dashboard, Tickets.com clients can quickly and easily publish a last minute offer to Lasttix just a few hours before the event takes place (and up to a maximum 14 days in advance). Offers are entirely at the venue's discretion giving the venue complete control.
2. Yield - Lasttix.com.au provides consumers with an incentive to purchase tickets at the last minute which they may not have otherwise purchased. Using any one of the unique merchandising special offers, the representation of the offer is an important part of maximising the power of the message and protecting yield.
3. ROI - Lasttix.com.au operates on a Cost per Acquisition (CPA) model. This means it's absolutely free to advertise an offer on lasttix.com.au with a percentage of the offer price remitted to lasttix.com.au only if a ticket is sold. This means there are no upfront fees to use Lasttix.
In a recent circular to clients, Tickets.com state "Lasttix is a great solution that benefits everyone, right from you the client to your patrons.
Furthermore, Lasttix delivers you a genuinely new audience through their exclusive partnership and distribution channels including Virgin Mobile and Yahoo!7 which puts your last minute offers in front of more than three million potential last minute ticket buyers every single day.
Over the coming weeks, Lasttix will be getting in touch with Tickets.com to introduce the site and explain the concept.
