Ticketing Professionals Conference to address transforming behaviour through real-time analytics

The upcoming 2014 Ticketing Professionals Conference is to include an additional optional session at which digital consultant Ian Lyons will address the transforming of consumer behaviour through real-time analytics.

The session, backed by Conference Platinum Sponsor Enta Australasia, will be held at 3.30pm on Tuesday 18th February.

The session is based on Enta Australasia's recent work with the Sydney Festival, with Enta helping the event organisers to better understand and interrogate their data. The work has seen a number of projects that highlight customer behaviour and has helped find ways to understand the interaction of customers with the Festival.

Digital consultant Ian Lyons, who has been working with the Sydney Festival for the past couple of years, this year engaged with the Enta Australasia team to enable Sydney Festival to gain a broader perspective of customer behaviour.

Lyons will present the results of his findings at the Conference session, with his work also having made use of the intuitive and easy to use functionality of the enta Ticketing and CRM solution.

Lyons has been implementing transformative new tools from Google: Tag Manager, Universal Analytics, Realtime API and SuperProxy at the Sydney Festival in order to give everyone a visceral insight into the customer experience.

To be held in Brisbane from 17th to 19th February, the 2014 Ticketing Professionals Conference will be the 10th event run on behalf of the Northern Australian Regional Performing Arts Centres Association (NARPACA).
