The Timely advancement of Jessica Rule’s PT career

Jessica Rule, named New Zealand’s ‘Up and Coming’ Personal Trainer at the 2013 FitEx conference, has streamlined her appointment scheduling with the use of Timely scheduling software.

The 21 year old operates her own Personal Training business, Results Rule, in and around Kerikeri and the far north of New Zealand. She travels to different locations to meet her clients, and trains either individuals or groups and also has her own PT studio where clients can come to her.

Rule’s approach to personal training is a holistic one, looking at nutrition, life balance, sleep and effective training programs – something that Exercise NZ recognised when naming her New Zealand’s Up and Coming Personal Trainer at their 2013 conference.

This was Rule’s proudest career moment yet, and confirmation that she was on the right path following her passion for health and fitness.
