‘The Green Room’ venue in Byron Bay spotlights its live music offerings

Byron Bay premier live music venue, The Green Room, has been at the centre of the town's vibrant music scene for the past year, offering a haven for artists during Bluesfest and transforming into a year-round hotspot for live music artists and supporters.

Initially conceived as a backstage sanctuary for artists during Byron Bay's iconic Bluesfest, Originally established as a green room for artists during Byron Bay Bluesfest, The Green Room has since evolved into a year-round destination for exceptional live performances, enriching the cultural fabric of Byron Bay and beyond.

With a capacity of 1600 people, The Green Room provides an intimate yet electrifying setting for both local talents and internationally renowned artists to showcase their craft against the stunning backdrop of Byron Bay.

Throughout its inaugural year, The Green Room played host to an illustrious lineup of musicians, from legends to rising stars across various genres. Audiences have been treated to unforgettable performances by acclaimed artists such as Xavier Rudd, The Cruel Sea, Charley Crockett (USA), Ziggy Alberts, Mahico Festival, and Om Fest, each contributing to the venue's reputation as a must-visit destination for music aficionados.

Looking ahead, The Green Room is thrilled to announce an upcoming performance by the legendary Dirty Three on 29th June, promising yet another extraordinary evening of musical excellence. With its festival-like atmosphere, complete with food trucks, a full bar, convenient bus service from town, and complimentary parking, The Green Room offers a comprehensive entertainment experience unlike any other.
