Technogym reveals new group cycle program
Technogym has launched its Group Cycle Connect group fitness program for fitness clubs and facilities.
Group Cycle connect is designed to provide an interactive indoor cycling experience that makes group fitness more motivational within a challenging environment.
Users are able to track their progress and improve their performance with a new console connected to Technogym mywellness cloud-based platform. Their data from the class is automatically uploaded from the wireless console into the cloud, alongside their other workout information both from inside and outside the gym.
With the console, Group Cycle Connect tracks workout power, heart rate, cadence, calories and all the other key parameters, allowing users to see their performance.
Instructors are able to select the most suitable video and metrics viewing modes, and manage the music, video and microphone audio. They are able to provide personalised feedback and let riders see the class performance view.
