Born between 1997 and 2012, Generation Z faces well-documented challenges, including the competitive job market, student loan debt, and societal pressure, leading to high levels of stress and anxiety.

However, this generation is taking charge of their wellbeing by turning to fitness and exercise as a means of coping and staying mentally and physically fit. With a remarkable 70% of them already engaged in fitness through exercise trackers and fitness apps, they are actively seeking ways to look after their health while staying connected and motivated.
