Sport NSW appoints permanent Chief Executive

Sport NSW Chair Carolyn Campbell has today announced that Ross Bidencope has been appointed to the permanent position of Chief Executive of the organisation.

Confirmed earlier this month, the appointment of Bidencope - who was awarded Life Membership of Sport NSW in 2019 in recognition of his time spent as a board member, predominantly as the Chair of Finance - follows a period of time when he was acting in the role.

His past management experience includes having been the Chief Financial Officer of Surf Life Saving NSW for over 10 years.

Sport NSW Industry Conference 
The body has also advised that its annual Sport NSW Industry Conference is being held on Friday 19th February.

Sport NSW has once again partnered with the Australian College of Physical Education to deliver a full day of personal development, knowledge sharing and education - aimed directly at those working on the ground in sport in NSW.
