Solution Minds Consulting and Alyve partner to help organisation leaders turn AI strategy into enterprise execution

Solution Minds Consulting, a 100% independent consulting company that helps businesses across Australia and New Zealand digitally transform, has flagged that generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is on the agenda of every Australian boardroom, but most businesses are struggling to move beyond experimentation.

That’s the gap a new partnership between AI strategy firm Alyve and enterprise software consultancy Solution Minds Consulting (SMC) is looking to close.

The two firms have partnered to help organisations shift from AI ambition to real-world implementation, combining Alyve’s experience in responsible AI design with SMC’s track record in enterprise systems strategy and delivery.

Rob Stummer, Director of Growth at SMC notes “this alliance directly addresses the biggest barrier to AI success we see in boardrooms today: execution.

“While many leaders are sold on the potential of AI, most lack the roadmap, systems alignment, and organisational readiness to deliver real outcomes. That’s where we come in.”

SMC specialises in large-scale enterprise transformation, including ERP and software selection, process improvement, and change management. Alyve, whose clients include Telstra, focuses on generative AI strategy and implementation frameworks that meet enterprise risk and governance standards.

Both firms say the missing piece in many Australian initiatives isn’t a lack of interest, it’s execution. From infrastructure to compliance and organisational readiness, the barriers to scale are structural.

The partnership will offer AI readiness assessments, implementation roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery support, tailored for complex environments including healthcare, government, and regulated sectors.

Mark Cameron, Chief Executive of Alyve adds “At Alyve, we work with leaders who see the potential of AI but aren’t sure how to deliver meaningful AI-powered outcomes.

“This partnership bridges that gap. By combining Alyve’s deep expertise in AI strategy, organisational change and implementation with SMC’s strength in end-to-end transformation delivery, underpinned by proprietary IP for process improvement, system selection, and implementation success, we’re helping organisations move beyond pilots and hype. We aim to build real capability, deploy AI responsibly, and deliver outcomes that genuinely shift the dial.”

The firms are already working with enterprise clients on integrating AI into broader digital transformation programs, particularly where legacy systems or regulatory shifts, such as the 2025 aged care reforms, create urgency.

With rising scrutiny on AI projects and pressure to deliver measurable impact, both leaders say the real differentiator now is execution discipline.
