Smart Stadium and Arena Congress to address fan experience, venue safety and revenue generation
The delivery of innovative stadium and arenas to enhance fan experience, ensure public safety and maximise revenue generation is to be addressed at the 2019 Smart Stadium and Arena Congress.
Evolving from the Australia and New Zealand Stadium and Arena Congress, the 2019 event will discuss strategies for developing world class infrastructure, fan experience and attract major events.
Drawing on expertise in staging the annual World Stadium Congress, organiser IQPC advise "the global smart stadium marketing is growing at a rate of 22.1% and governments across Australia are investing billions to develop state of the art facilities.
“In an era of live streamed entertainment, sporting venues must be multi-functional, enhance the community their community and deliver an unforgettable fan experience."
The Congress will hear from industry leaders will see the sharing of case studies including:
• $810 million ANZ Stadium redevelopment
• $225 million Marvel Stadium Precinct development
• $729 million Allianz Stadium Redevelopment
• $360 million Bankwest Stadium
• $1.1 billion Optus Stadium Redevelopment
The Smart Stadium & Arena Congress 2019 is being held at the Sydney Cricket Ground from 23rd to 25th October.
