Silverdale Adventure Park opens Aflex giant inflatable waterslide

Auckland’s Silverdale Adventure Park has introduced a new giant inflatable waterslide for the summer season.

Designed an manufactured by New Zealand based Aflex Technology, 100 metre long ‘Big Slip’ waterslide got its official opening on 1st December and is set to entertain guests through the summer.

Inspired by the Guinness World Record-breaking ‘World’s Longest Waterslide’ manufactured by Aflex for charity Live More Awesome in 2015, Silverdale Adventure Park’s slide offers a rush of adrenaline and plenty of fun as a new addition to the park’s existing rides.

Located 30 minutes north of Auckland, Silverdale Adventure Park offers more than 10 rides ranging from ‘moderate thrill’ to ‘extreme fun’.

Open daily from Tuesday 20th December, the Big Slip costs $10 for a two hour session and is open to all users aged five and over.

The inflatable slide uses Aflex’s unique inflatable waterslide system based on 15 metre sections that connect using constant airflow linkage technology to create custom length slides.

Available in a range of colours, Aflex Technology inflatable waterslides are suitable for many outdoor environments and events.
