Scott Wilson brings swim school perspectives to Gymnastics Clubs Australia body

The recently formed Gymnastics Clubs Australia’s podcast series has been generating positive feedback from members.

Its latest pod/webcast - Lessons for Gymnastics Club from Swim Schools/Clubs - has reinforced the value the GCA Board placed on going outside the world of gymnastics clubs in search of further examples of industry best practice.

GCA Chief Executive, Ross Gage explained “gymnastics clubs can gain a lot from an examination of relevant aspects of Swim Schools operations.

“A key to the success of the webcast was the engagement of Scott Wilson as the presenter … (who) took the many questions from the participants with aplomb.

“I have known Scott for around 20 years; and knew from his time as Operations Manager of Aquatics Achievers and Carlile Swimming that he was a leading expert.”

As a result, GCA have engaged Wilson for another webcast: Managing Multi-sites, including Builds on Tuesday 16th March from 12:30pm AEST.

Wilson has recently started his own consultancy, SwimPeople.
