Resorts World Sentosa annnounces loyalty card
Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has announced the launch of a unique integrated loyalty program which will offer regular guests rewards that can be redeemed resort-wide. The RWS 'Invites' card scheme, to be officially introduced on 1st April 2012, is intended to strengthen RWS' position as Singapore's destination of choice.
With its range of attractions, lifestyle and cuisine options the RWS loyalty card will be the first ever separate non-gaming card membership scheme with a dedicated rewards program.
The card is timed to coincide with the completion of the integrated resort, to be followed in May by the opening of Singapore's first spa destination complex, operated by renowned spa company ESPA.
Later in the year, RWS' Marine Life Park will reach completion, adding one of Asia's largest waterparks and the world's largest aquarium to the resort.
RWS Invites will allow qualifying guests to benefit from special offers in the resorts' 60 food outlet, two themed attractions, six hotels and a variety of entertainments, concerts, sneak previews and special events. It is thought that Resorts World Sentosa will organise further events exclusively for card holders.
This will include a first look at Marine Life Park's animal and aquatic life as well as exclusive first entry to the waterpark on opening. There will also be backstage passes and dinner with 'the stars' available and card members will also have access to a members-only lounge, which offers a choice of complimentary refreshments, as well as easy booking options at resort facilities.
RWS Invites Director Liang Wern Ling explains "with our remaining stable of attractions, hotels and restaurants coming online this year, it is timely that we launch the loyalty program that will give our guests a whole new dimension of experiencing the lifestyle that only RWS can offer.
"Never before has a loyalty program in a single destination in Singapore offered deals across a full suite of experiences from attractions, performances, dining and hotel-stays to spa treatments and exclusive events. This suite of privileges and experiences at the Resort is a very powerful proposition for card members, and is what differentiates us from other loyalty programs."
