Recruitment Begins at South Australian State Aquatic Centre

With its opening scheduled to be held in less than eight weeks, the process of recruitment for 250 new staff members at the South Australian State Aquatic Centre has began.

The 250 positions, including senior management positions through to casual/part time lifeguard and attendant roles have been advertised with a closing date of 17th March.

The roles currently being advertised have staggered commencement dates while induction and training is noted as commencing in "late March".

Positions being advertised include General Manager; Facilities Manger; Marketing, Sales and Public Relations Manager; High Performance and Aquatics Manager; Operations and Compliance Manager; Functions and Events Manager; and Human Resources Manager.

The $100 million facility aims to host national and international aquatic events as well as provide the people of Adelaide a place to play and train in what is Australia's newest major aquatic and wellness facility.
