Proludic play equipment installed at Phillips Park in Lidcombe
Cumberland City Council has completed works to Phillips Park in Lidcombe, located in Western Sydney, where the space underwent a full playground upgrade including the installation of Proludic Australia play equipment.
Phillips Park at Lidcombe is now ready for adventure and play following the upgrade works. With several new multi-function play structures suited for all ages, this larger play space replaces the old playground and now offers a learn-to-ride bike track, exciting playground areas with softfall surface, a nature play area and table tennis, together with lounge seating, shelter, shade sails and fencing.
A Proludic Australia spokesperson commented “we're so happy to have provided our Proludic play equipment for the local community to enjoy.”
Growth Civil Landscapes contributed to the upgrades with works on the project - which form Stage 2 of the Cumberland City Council’s Masterplan - including demolition, excavation, earthworks and drainage together with construction of a path network, learn-to-ride bike track and playground.
New park furniture and soft landscaping enhance the park's appeal, together with an upgraded loop path to improve the entrances to Phillips Park, making it a great community asset. ·
