Principal IAAPA executives to address IAAPA Expo Asia 2023

Staging its IAAPA Expo Asia 2023 at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands from 13th to 16th June, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) has released details of key parts of the event program.

The convention Opening Ceremony will bring together business experts, thought leaders and significant stakeholders from all over the world, laying the ground for an exciting and engaging experience that presents the most recent developments, trends and business prospects in the attractions sector.

IAAPA Expo Asia 2023 will also feature an exclusive roundtable session offering a platform for interesting conversation, knowledge sharing and collaboration on key topics in the sector.

The roundtable will include insights from Jim Pattison, Jr., Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors and President of Ripley’s Entertainment; Andrew Bolstein, Chair of the IAAPA Asia Pacific Advisory Committee; IAAPA President and Chief Executive, Jakob Wahl and June Ko, Executive Director and Vice President of IAAPA’s Asia Pacific region.

Together, they will discuss emerging trends, global challenges, and innovative strategies that drive the attractions industry’s growth and success.

Ko explains “we are excited to kick off IAAPA Expo Asia 2023 with an unforgettable Opening Ceremony and an executive roundtable discussion.

“This event represents a unique opportunity for industry and association leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and collectively shape the future of our vibrant industry. We look forward to welcoming participants from around the world to this remarkable gathering.”

Exhibitors at IAAPA Expo Asia 2023 will include leading manufacturers, suppliers, operators, and industry experts from a range of industries, including theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, zoos, aquariums and museums.

The sold-out 7,000 metre² trade show floor will feature 287 exhibitions from over 30 countries, along with educational sessions and chances to network with peers and make new connections. IAAPA Expo Asia 2023 sponsors include 11 Skies, accesso, Brogent Technologies Inc., Cosm Inc., DOF Robotics, Gateway Ticketing Systems, Kraftwerk Living Technologies, Leisure Development Partners LLP, Outdoor Factory, PGAV Destinations, Polin Waterparks, Sanderson Global, Simtec Systems, Storibox, Storyland Studios, Inc., TAIT, Vekoma Rides Manufacturing B.V., and Water Technology Inc. Earlier this year, IAAPA announced a new global Hosted Buyer Program that commences during IAAPA Expo Asia 2023.

The program will see IAAPA host new buyers from across the globe, enabling them to connect with exhibitors and IAAPA members during pre-arranged appointments.
