Pre-charged Digital Cameras A Hit at Gold Parks
Pre-charged digital cameras are proving to be a hit for visitors to Warner Bros. Movie World and Sea World, allowing guests to capture all the action immediately with their 'ready to go' purchases.
Last November FujiFilm opened its first Photo Centres located within Warner Bros. Movie World and Sea World - offering pre-charged digital cameras to guests so they have the opportunity to capture all the wonderful experiences at these parks.
As FujiFilm Queensland State Manager, Nick Martland, explains, "the concept has been extremely successful, providing a convenient service to customers as well as creating a new business opportunity for FujiFilm Photo Centres.
"Guests who have either forgotten to take their camera with them; found their camera is not working; or decided on the day to upgrade to a later model are some of the reasons why purchases are made on-site.
"Being able to purchase a camera of choice which is also conveniently charged and ready to go has proven to be a significant drawcard."
Martland said with digital cameras now being value packed and more affordable, it is a much easier purchasing decision for guests.
"Normally when a digital camera is purchased it cannot be used until the battery has been charged. If the simple concept of pre-charging cameras for customers adds to a more enjoyable and convenient theme park experience, then it is definitely worthwhile."
