Power Plate Australia unveils the ultimate club vibration machine

Promising to be the next 'big thing' for the Australian fitness market, Power Plate Australia has unveiled the new Power Plate pro7 vibration training machine.

Following on from the highly successful Power Plate consumer machine, the my7, which sold out in markets across Australia, the UK and the USA, the pro7 is perfect for gyms and studios.

With a 54% bigger base than the my7 and offering 25 complete programs and single exercises, as well as both Quick Start and Manual Mode, the pro7 has been produced for both the experienced user and those who are new to Acceleration Training (vibration training).

The pro7's unique touch-screen interface allows users to customize their workout with over 1,000 exercises shown on the screen as video with coaching tips.

This next generation Pro-Model includes a completely flat platform that is 17% bigger than previous Pro-Models, as well as a larger hard drive, a larger range of G-Factors and proMOTION cables with seven resistance levels.

Always delivering new content and technology to their machines, the Power Plate 7 Series is the platform of the future. Debuted at the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) 2012 Trade Show in Los Angeles in March, the pro7 will be available for sale in Australia in early 2013.

The pro7 comes complete with training programs based on the five fitness elements--Stretch, Balance, Core, Strength or Massage - as well as a new feature, designed specifically for trainers: Quick Start.

This allows trainers to manually select each exercise, building a workout based on the users' needs.

Designed to allow for future expansion, the pro7 is equipped with USB, Wi-Fi and network cables. In addition, the pro7 comes with 9 G-Factor levels, ranging from 0-8.

Power Plate pro7 Technical Highlights:

• More than 1,000 exercises, each with demonstration video and coaching cues.
• More than 250 training programs spanning Basketball to Weight Loss.
• Includes the proMOTION dynamic cable resistance system with 6 adjustable resistance levels.
• Sweat-resistant touch screen with an intuitive, streamlined interface.
• Stereo speakers for playback of included instructional videos.
• USB, WiFi and network cables for future expandability and internet connectivity.
• Customisable User Profile setup with enough individual log in options for your entire gym membership.
