Outdoor Industry Summit to address hard-hitting issues and provide solutions

Outdoors NSW & ACT is hosting its biennial Outdoor Industry Summit at Lennox Head on the North Coast of NSW from 28th to 30th June 2023 during which hard-hitting issues will be discussed with solutions provided for the future of the industry.

With the theme 'Connecting for Progress', the conversations will involve the policy makers, key stakeholders, and industry colleagues over the course of the event. The welcome cocktail party offers an opportunity to get to know each other before the important discussions start the following day.

The exciting line-up of speakers includes renowned Ky Furneaux, Outdoors NSW & ACT ambassador, who will be joining the event to share her insights on how she spreads the word about the benefits of spending time outdoors. Furneaux is a well-known author, TV personality and media personality, and will be popping up with panels and speakers throughout the event.

Also among the speakers lined up to engage and enlighten the audience is Mark McCrindle, a social researcher, best-selling author, and TEDx speaker, who will be sharing his expertise on the emerging generation, Generation Alpha. With a client list that includes over 100 of Australia's largest companies and leading international brands, McCrindle is recognised globally as an influential thought leader.

The Summit will also welcome Tim Jack Adams, an internationally known thought leader and speaker in the wellness industry. Adams has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including the Australian Defence Force, Red Bull, and Olympians, and has created an overarching framework for wellbeing that enables leaders, teams and organisations to thrive sustainably. As a sought-after keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and expert advisor on wellness for corporations in the Asia Pacific region, Tim will share his insights on his outdoor business successes with our attendees.
