Otium Planning Group has launched a free hotline to help local councils and peak sporting bodies navigate the impact of COVID-19 on their aquatic, recreation, sport and related services and facilities.
Announcing the initiative, Otium Managing Director, Kate Maddock stated "our leadership team have decades of experience managing sport and leisure services and facilities.
"We want to support our industry as much as possible in these difficult times and will offer advice from our team forged from their own experiences in times of crisis. We are also available just to listen to those who need someone to talk to.
“We are prepared for a new working environment and are ready to provide seamless continuity of service.”
Otium has established continuity measures which are now in place and its client’s projects will continue with minimal disruption.
Otium staff work across the Office 365 platform and collaborate using Microsoft Teams (usingSkype for Business if required).
