OneMusic Australia inducts customer advisory panel

Music rights management organisation, OneMusic Australia, has today inducted a 20-strong Customer Advisory Panel.

In December 2020, OneMusic called for expressions of interest from its 100,000+ customer base. Within days the Panel had been filled.

OneMusic Australia Director, Catherine Giuliano notes “the setting up of a Customer Advisory Panel is part of our mission to gain greater insight into the needs of as well as the language of our customers who are out there running their music-loving businesses across the country.

“They will help guide us towards better ways of working when we create new resources or when we launch new licence scheme and of course, how our brand evolves”.

The inaugural 2021 Panel consists of a health service and a gym in regional Victoria, an educational music and movement program, a bar in outer Brisbane, a tavern in South Australia, a dental surgery in Adelaide, an Italian restaurant as well as a cafe in Perth, a workers club and a health service in regional WA, a Council in WA, a performing arts school in Victoria, a cinema in Melbourne, a clothing retailer in regional NSW, a community music group in Far North Queensland, a Scottish dancing group and an Australian Old Time Dance Callers group, a squash court/movie theatre in regional NSW, a large club in northern NSW, and a fitness business in regional NSW.
