NZ Fitness Expo set to present hot trends in the world of health and fitness

Over 10,800 fitness enthusiasts and industry professionals are set to check out the latest fitness products and services at this weekend’s NZ Fitness Expo.

Being held on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds, the NZ Fitness Expo is New Zealand’s largest dedicated health and fitness event.

Looking forward to the EXPO, Event Coordinator Jono Ridler explains “the NZ Fitness Expo brings together likeminded businesses and industry experts under the one roof for visitors to be able to engage, sample, try and buy - nd to find out what is hot in the world of health & fitness.

“Visitors attend NZ’s largest health & fitness event for education, motivation and inspiration to live a fitter, healthier lifestyle”.

Launched in 2012, the 2015 show is set to be the biggest event yet with over 100 exhibitors covering everything from fitness programmes and fitness equipment to apparel and footwear, food/nutrition, health services, supplements, outdoor activities, yoga & pilates, education, training & career and more.

Ridler adds “fitness is no longer just one discipline as more and more people try something different and head outdoors.

“With this in mind, and to appeal to a wider audience of active fitness enthusiasts, the 2015 show will see the addition of an Outdoor Endurance Zone to covering running, cycling, swimming, trail running, outdoors sports, triathlon, hydration and compression.”

Five live championship events will showcase the incredible dedication and power from some of New Zealand’s best athletes with the Industrial Athletic Invitational showcasing CrossFit, NZ Powerlifting attempting to break NZ Records, NZ Fitness Expo Strongman Championship, NZ Arm Battler Series and the NZ Grappler BJJ Championships.

In addition, the NZ Fitness Model Search gives those who have taken on the challenge to live a healthier lifestyle to be in to win a range of amazing prizes with over $6,000 worth of prizes up for grabs for the winning male and winning female.

Visitors will also have the chance to try/sample a range of products, get special Expo deals and participate in a range of free classes and get quality advice and information from the industry’s leading experts and professionals.

The CERTFIT Fitness Training Convention gives industry professionals the chance to take part in various courses and workshops to gain additional qualifications and earn REP’s CPD points to with Zumba, Metafit and Punchfit with Debitsuccess running a Sales & Marketing Seminar for gym/business owners.
