NTMEC opens Expressions of Interest for 2024 Alice Springs Masters Games

Northern Territory Major Events Company has opened Expressions of Interest for sports keen to be included in the Alice Springs Masters Games (ASMG) program next year from 12th-19th October 2024.

The location sets ASMG apart from the rest, with participants able to combine bucket-list experiences with a fun sporting event.

Previous years have seen a wide variety of sports included in the program and, with sport delivering huge community and social benefits in the Territory, it is expected there will be plenty of choice for anyone interested in taking part in ASMG next year.

Northern Territory Major Events Company (NTMEC) Chief Executive Suzana Bishop notes “The Alice Springs Masters Games is a much-loved Territory event that welcomes new and repeat competitors from all over the country and overseas. Not only keen to take part in the Games, they’re also excited about the range of unforgettable experiences possible in the Red Centre. This is great news for Red Centre businesses and the Territory economy.

“We’ve seen how events such as Parrtjima and Red CentreNATS deliver full hotels and a bustling CBD. The Games can do the same, and showcase Central Australia and all it has to offer.
