National Guide to Fitness and Health
Pro-Visual Publishing has launched its 2011/12 edition of the National Guide to Fitness and Health.
Produced by Pro-Visual in conjunction with the Australian Fitness Network, the Guide features valuable information about the advantages of using a Swiss Ball and includes a Swiss Ball circuit; complete with easy to follow instructions and helpful images.
Swiss Balls have been accepted widely in the fitness industry as a way to improve core stability, develop postural awareness and rehabilitate a range of body parts such as knees, hips, shoulders and most importantly backs.
The circuit explained in this years guide takes users through a range of exercises that, when combined, target the entire body, burning calories, improving your general muscle strength and developing your core control all at the same time.
The guide is distributed free of charge to health and fitness centres and members of the Australian Fitness Network while additional copies are available upon request.
Pro-Visual Publishing Chief Executive John Hutchings explains "I would like to thank all of the sponsors for their support of the National Guide to Fitness and Health, who have made it possible for the Guide to be distributed free of charge to the industry."
Recipients of the Guide are also provided with the opportunity to enter a competition in which the best entry wins a $5,000 dollar holiday voucher.
