MYZONE launches new look customer focused website
Heart rate monitoring system MYZONE has launched a new customer focused website designed with the customer in mind, ensuring that when they finish through the enquiry tab, that they have followed the journey of how MYZONE can help them and their business.
MYZONE Creator Dave Wright says "the science behind how MYZONE works is incredibly complex, however we wanted to make sure our website was as easy to understand as our user interface and client software. Ensuring all areas of the MYZONE website were customer-focused made this process a lot easier."
The step-by-step guide, detailed list of products including a sneak peak at the new MZ-50 Watch, and a look at how MYZONE benefits various industries, has ensured that visitors receive detailed information without the clutter.
Wright explains "gym operators are busy people and want to be able make informed choices. Viewing the products available and seeing how they can work for their business was a must for this site."
Launched at IHRSA 2011 Convention, MYZONE has gone from strength to strength, installing in some of the worlds biggest clubs since September 2011 with some ground breaking sites to be announced in the coming months. With CFM taking on the global distribution rights, a company with 21 years of experience in the global fitness industry and over 300 employees, MYZONE is set to explode into the global fitness arena in 2012.
Wright adds "as MYZONE evolves at such a rapid pace launching new products, new industries, and improving its service, the new website was the natural progression.
"When producing a world first product in a competitive market space, customers expect an all round professional product and service delivery, myzone.org continues to deliver on that expectation."
MYZONE is the ultimate member engagement tool that accurately measures physical activity, wirelessly uploading data to the MYZONE users online account. Gyms can then interact with members, set goals, competitions and have more relevant and engaging conversations with their members about their workouts to increase retention and PT penetration.
