Mornington Peninsula Shire Council - management of the Rosebud Aquatic Centre

Mornington Peninsula Shire Council is looking for a high quality, expert operator to manage a new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art aquatic centre on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

The Rosebud Aquatic Centre (RAC) will be a standout facility on the Peninsula, improving water safety, social inclusion and health and wellbeing for our seaside community.

An experienced and knowledgeable operator will work alongside Council under a fee for service agreement to manage the operations of the new facility.

Council would like to work with an operator that is forward thinking, innovative and prepared to work collaboratively with Council to:

• Deliver the best quality programs and services
• Deliver high quality customer service
• Maximise the operational efficiencies, including environmental initiatives
• Be progressive in programming and services for the allied health/wellness centre
• Be industry leaders using the latest technology; and
• Capitalise on the destination café, operating with a restaurateur.
