Moreton Bay Regional Council: Management & Operation of Fitness Facilities at the Caboolture Pool & Fitness Centre.

Council is tendering the operation and management of the fitness facilities (only) contained within the Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre. The tendered fitness facility also includes the two unisex toilet and change rooms as indicated. 

This tender is for the gymnasium only, the pools and associated areas are not part of this tender. 

Fitness Facilities include: 

• Commercial fitness facility; 
• Modern equipment; 
• Concrete area outside fitness facility; 
• Fixed chattels; and 
• Unisex toilets x 2. 

Minimum services to be delivered at the Fitness Facilities at Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre: 

• Gym floor supervision; 
• Membership sales and administration support; 
• Marketing and promotion; 
• Personal Training services; and 
• Health, weight loss and associated services. 

Tender closes at 2:00pm Brisbane time 15th August 2017.
