MobileFit to repeat popular membership retention webinars

Member Retention specialists MobileFit Australia will be running a series of free member retention 'webinars' at the end of September.

Repeating a successful series of webinars run in February this year, the new webinars are aimed at health and fitness club managers interested in learning successful member retention strategies.

MobileFit Principal Lane Harrison explains "improving member retention should arguably be the major focus for any health club manager.

"Even very small improvements in member retention rates can have a very significant impact on the profitability of health club."

Harrison says that despite the challenges the industry faces in 2012 many savvy health clubs are enjoying great success by spending greater time focusing on member retention.

He adds "health clubs that invest the time in learning more effective ways to improve member retention will be rewarded with greater results in the future."

"Our retention webinar is designed to summarise the best available information on the topic from a number of reputable sources and allows health club owners and managers to digest this information in one sitting."

The date and times of the webinars are:

10am & 2pm, Monday 24th September 2012;
10am & 2pm, Tuesday 25th September 2012;
10am & 2pm, Wednesday 26th September 2012;
10am & 2pm, Thursday 27th September 2012;
10am, Friday 28th September 2012.
