Mapei Australia to sponsor Sports and Play Industry Association conference
The Sports and Play Industry Association (SAPIA) has announced that Mapei Australia will be sponsoring their National Conference at the historic Q Station on the northern shores of Sydney Harbour on Friday 9th September.
Mapei is a world leader in the development, manufacture and supply of a range of sports flooring' products/systems, manufacturing over 1,500 products worldwide including adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, paints and finishes for the installation of wall and floor coverings and the repair of concrete structures.
From its Australian base in the Brisbane suburb of Wacol, Mapei recently released into the Australian market the innovative 'Mapecoat TNS System' specifically designed for installing and/or repairing indoor and outdoor tennis and multipurpose courts.
In addition, during the Conference’s Gala Dinner, SAPIA is auctioning a framed jersey signed by famed Australian Olympic cyclist Cadel Evans – the only Australian to win the Tour de France and bearing sponsor Mapei’s logo. Proceeds of the auction will be donated by SAPIA to charity.
