Links Modular Solutions reveals new corporate identity

Leading leisure facility software provider, Links Modular Solutions, has unveiled a variety of new services, as well as a new look that contributes to a new corporate identity.

The Links Modular Solutions software suite is all about innovation and functionality, with the products offering many different integrated products that frees users from mundane data control. Links now communicates these values through both a new look and added services that will enable clients to use the Links software suite more effectively and efficiently.

Business Operations Manager, Michaela Mania states, "we have subdivided our huge amount of products into different brand extensions to present our products to both existing and future clients so they can use Links to its full potential by decreasing clutter and confusion that was previously present for a lot of people."

The whole Links Modular Solutions suite now falls under the following brand extensions:

• LinksCore
• LinksPlus
• LinksKiosk
• LinksKiosk
• LinksUniversity
• LinksServices

However, it seems the new look and structure is only a minor part in this whole launch. There are many new services that Links includes in their software suite; such as LinksUniversity, a new and improved online support wiki and Links online software and hardware purchases.

LinksUniversity is a new e-learning tool for users of Links. Lisa Johnson, Training Coordinator at Links, suggests that the online platform is a "time and cost-efficient way for facilities to train their members of staff on using the Links software suite to its full potential." Courses will be available in areas such as customer service, administration set up, daily operations and module-specific tutorials. This service will be provided free of charge for existing clients for the remainder of this year.

To further enhance clients' Links knowledge, the online knowledgebase has been greatly improved and now includes much more detailed how-to information on more aspects of the software suite.

Mania adds "having our module manuals online, as well as work instructions and how-to steps for different tasks will allow our users to access support at any time day or night".

The final service to be introduced is the Online Store, where Links have moved much of their software and hardware sales. All peripheral equipment will be available for purchase, as well as certain software applications and LinksUniversity courses. Links emphasises the increased efficiency of this tool and ensures reduced turnaround times for orders.

Further to these implementations, the development team at Links has been working hard to create the next version, which has commenced beta testing in selected sites across Australia. Version 10 will include:

• Online Membership Sales
• Online PT, Court & Facility bookings
• Mobile Solutions including iPad/Tablet and phone applications
• Ability to add additional services onto Direct Debit
• Auto Direct Debit top up customer accounts, allowing members to spend in your facility without carrying cash
• Vast amount of enhancements to the facility bookings module including improved invoicing & reporting capabilities
• Even more enhancements to the increasingly popular ClassWeb student booking application.

Always listening to its customers, Links is always looking for ways to improve. These new service applications, as well as future functionality changes, promise to save their clients time and help them use Links Modular Solutions to its full potential.
