Links Modular Solutions introduces new innovations and technology

With technology evolving at breakneck speed, Links Modular Solutions (Links) are using cutting edge technology to stay at the top of the leisure industry with new products and services.

In 2010, Links introduced the Links Kiosk, a stand alone self-service facility for customers to complete any number of services that they previously queued at reception for. Fully integrated with Links software, the Links Kiosk enables self service for booking classes, collecting tickets and other tasks.

The capabilities of the Links Kiosk have now been further extended with the ability to book and pay for self service memberships and visit pass sales, casual entries, and much more.

Another recent Links development is e-blast.link: an internet based marketing application that can organise, format and send out marketing or promotional material to customers or prospects on the current Links database by email, SMS or MMS.

With e-blast.link, marketing managers and staff need never worry about getting their promotional activities done by a deadline, as exact dates and times to send messages can be programmed. The effortless program is an undeniable force in the retention of your customers and the inevitable increase in revenue.

An older, yet successful development of LMS software is the true seamless direct debiting system, LinksPay. With LinksPay, facilitiesare instantly connected to a seamless Direct Debit and Credit Card solution that consolidates every aspect of the payment process from beginning to end, integrating with the Links software database.
